Nature has been quite kind as well as capricious in this area. It has volcanic formations showing impressive landscapes, broad and deep canyons, flora and fauna (condors and native cattle). The Andean man’s hand has contributed with the “andenerías” (cultivation platforms of pre-Columbus civilizations) giving its final touch to this wonderful masterpiece.
